Returns

  • All sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include replacement of the item or a full refund.
